2008 APPLICATION
PERIOD IS NOW CLOSED.
The 2008 South Central Camp
Cadet program is scheduled for the week of
June 22 - 27, 2008. The program is open to
residents of Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Perry and
York Counties. Eligible boys and girls must be at least 13
years old and not over 15 years old by July 1, 2008 and in
good physical condition.
A $25.00 non-refundable
registration fee, per camper, is required, to help defray
costs of maintaining the program. (There are no additional
fees to campers or their family)
A check/money order payable
to South Central Camp Cadet, Inc. must accompany the
registration form. Additional funding is provided through
contributions by area civic and business groups.
After
an interview by a review board comprised of state and local
police officers, applicants will be selected on a random
basis. Approximately 125 boys and girls will be selected. To
be selected for Camp Cadet, you must meet the basic
qualifications and return this application to be received
prior
to April 1, 2008.
